specified by Civil Rule 73.01(d), to resolve, from a consideration of all the admissible evidence, "the question of the sufficiency
of the evidence to support the judgment," and the judgment "shall not be set aside unless clearly erroneous." Civil Rules
73.01(d) and 79.03.
