This appeal involves a sexual harassment claim against the manager of a city golf course. A golf course employee filed suit in the Chancery Court for Davidson County against the manager and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, alleging that the manager had treated her inappropriately after she rebuffed his sexual advances.
