TORBERT, CHIEF JUSTICE. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for all defendants1a in her wrongful death action; the judgment was entered pursuant to a jury verdict. The plaintiff is the administratrix of the estate of Brenda Marie Gaskin. Gaskin was a passenger in the lead car of an eight-car collision on U.S. Highway 98 north of Fairhope. This case was consolidated for trial with the wrongful death action filed in behalf of the estate of the driver of that car. The administrators of the driver's estate did not appeal.
